The first phase of a 15-acre Kore IT Park is substantially leased out with Genpact and the construction is nearing completion. In addition to this 2.75 million sq ft of development, 10 million sq ft in Joint venture / collaboration and about 8 million sq ft in fully owned land is in various stages of agreements / approvals.
