Jay Nelson's Company Details
Driven Data is the first customer data platform for the automotive industry. They combine all dealership data into one environment allowing marketers a single place to drive loyalty. Driven Data provides enterprise analytics for dealerships leveraging the most comprehensive roster of automotive specific integrations partners. This combination of campaign ready centralized customer data and deep reporting allows dealerships to improve both revenue and profitability. In 2017, only 17% of sales customers that purchased had a previous relationship with the dealership they bought from. For service, 40% of customers defect from their dealership within the year their warranty expired and go to an independent service provider. This is not by choice, dealerships have been unable to easily engage and maximize the lifetime value of their customers.
