We are Milwaukee's only Obstacle Course inspired gym filled with cargo nets, monkey bars, barbells, kettlebells, and more! That also means we don't use machines, we create them! Life is tough; we will prepare you to overcome any and all obstacles. Our programs help people change their lives by addressing both the physical and mental aspects of health and fitness.
