Nvak Collective is a female and non-binary focused, B-Corp artist incubator and record label set out to improve the lives of women and non-binary artists in music by providing them with essential benefits such as health care, mental health services, financial management tools, and retirement options. Nvak Collective is creating an ecosystem where women and non-binary professionals are given a seat at the table, putting them in positions of power and creating space for artists to have agency in every aspect of the creative process. We superserve the underserved and are the only B-Corp record company focused on creating self-sustaining, long-term opportunities for these professionals globally. Under our model, opportunity is widespread. 70% of our artists are from underserved communities and are assisted in artist development by the remaining 30% from the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia. In addition, large-scale priority artists sign on to mentor and help guide our new artists, forming symbiotic relationships within the Collective. Our ecosystem offers what no record company has offered before.
