Hours: Saturdays ONLY from 11:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.- By Appointment or Walk-InServices Offered:- Medical: primary care consultation and physical exams, referrals, labs, vaccinations (seasonal)- Dental: Exam, Imaging, Extractions- Pharmacy: Limited medication dispensing, patient assistance program application support- PT/OT: Rehabilitation therapy sessions, limited dispensing of durable medical equipment- Psychiatry: Mental health consultation, establishment of care, prescriptions (Operates monthly on 3rd Saturday of each month, excluding holidays)
