Good Constructions is a privately owned company that was founded in 1995 and we are now in our 26th year of operation. We have been building homes, apartments, and commercial buildings utilising our own workforce throughout this period.Our vision is to be the leading assisted living & maintenance specialist with building solutions and care for our client's homes. These specialist accommodation maintenance services are already being enjoyed by a growing number of disability accommodation providers and retirement living operators.Certifications, Licences and Experience:• Domestic and Commercial Builders license.• CM3 Registered• Experience & understanding of AS 1428.1-2009 & other disability access standards (including NDIS Design Standards and Categories).• Our staff are carefully selected knowing that they are working in environments that are quiet spaces amongst residents with special needs.• All team members are police checked and have working with children cards• We collaborate with the accommodation managers and residents.• We do both minor reinstatements and repairs as well as and full renovations all over Melbourne.• We are also happy to a complete ad-hoc minor works as they arise.• We offer set rates • Fixed timeframe to complete works
