We are fish lovers! FIMCO is a family owned small size company, a 30 years old story of a seafood passionated father and his dauther. The brand Parallèles is young, dizzling and driven by quality, durability and clean label. Our recipes are carefully developed in the heart of Bordeaux for a little something extra and the raw materials are selected with attention to details. To us the inside counts as do the outside with premium oriented packaging with a transparent lid in the tones of black and a touch of color.
