First-N-Ten is a fun, competitive game created by the WNY husband and wife team of Mike and Jean Wolf. It all began when Mike saw a giant goal post in a supermarket promoting the upcoming football season. Like a yellow beacon, those uprights inspired Mike and his idea for a game took shape.He started by drawing out his competition ideal of diagrams, rules and how-to-score points. As the design moved from paper to production, the game's goal posts moved from being grounded in a five-gallon bucket, to stuck on a piece of plywood, to eventually being anchored in a revolutionary five-pin post. The couple next produced several game prototypes and invited family and friends to try them out. From their 10-year old grandchildren to adults, everyone enjoyed playing and had fun, even those watching on the sidelines. That's when Mike and Jean realized their game had real potential and needed a name. After much brainstorming, they decided on First-N-Ten.The key development of First-N-Ten was the Patent-Pending five-pin design that solidly stabilizes the goal post structure of four legs, a base pole, crossbar and two uprights, and allows it to be assembled in under 20 seconds. It's a revolutionary design that keeps the goal posts sturdy throughout intense competitions and all kinds of conditions. Additionally, all First-N-Ten parts are made from furniture grade PVC pipe and fittings with a high gloss and UV resistant finish, making the game not only sturdy during play, but a quality, durable product that will last for years under normal use and care.
