I offer peer consultation groups through the CollabOasis Therapist Community. These are closed, facilitated groups of 6-8 fully licensed clinicians (licenses are verified) who meet twice a month online to get consultation on cases, discuss ethics, get business tips and resources, and most importantly, have a safe place to find support and connection with colleagues. There is also a members-only FB group which provides a wrap-around community and additional resources so therapists can continue doing the work they love without loneliness or burnout. The focus of these groups is on supporting each other and creating a place of benevolence to establish trust and build each other up.
