From an event planner perspective and background, we are dedicated to a high quality technology experience for both the planner and the attendee.With so much planning and detail that goes into creating amazing events, we understand that many planners just don't have the time or staff needed to stay up to date on the newest event technology, or have the time to make their current technology run the way it was advertised. Power Event Group ensures this experience is smooth, seamless, and memorable for the attendee, as well as financially responsible and enjoyable for the client.Power Event Group services are extremely flexible. Whether it be only suggesting the best technology for a specific event, or managing the entire event technology process, complete with a multi-year technology plan and full pre, post, and on-site support team, we are agile enough to meet the specific needs of each individual planner and/or event.Since launching just a few years ago, Power Event Group has continued to grow and built relationships throughout the event industry. We have managed mobile event apps and online registration systems for military groups, associations, foundations, universities, festivals, and corporate meetings. While we have managed mobile apps for events ranging between 100 to 50,000 attendees, the typical range is between 500 and 2,000 attendees. We also often partner with planning companies to provide them a white labeled solution for their own event technology needs, becoming their personal in-house technology department. As part of their team, we are able to immediately provide them the behind-the-scenes technology support needed to supplement their current staff.
