Community Medical Services is a CARF–accredited substance use disorder treatment program providing services in the form of outpatient medication-assisted treatment and private one–on–one and group counseling, and Intensive Out-Patient therapy (IOP) to those seeking help with their substance use disorders. With the addition of our Premier Care and MARS Clinics we now have a total of 50 clinic throughout nine states. We have 23 Arizona locations which cater to Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Scottsdale, Tempe, Buckeye and Mesa which caters to a satellite location in Casa Grande, two East Tucson locations and a clinic in Northwest Tucson, both of which cater to the surrounding areas and satellite medication locations Safford and Sierra Vista. We have five clinics in Montana located in Missoula, Kalispell, Bozeman/Belgrade, Billings, and Browning. We have a clinic in Wasilla, Alaska catering to the Mat-Su Valley and Anchorage area. Two clinics in North Dakota, one located in Minot, catering to patients in Williston and Bismarck and a clinic in Fargo, catering to patients from Fargo/Moorhead, West Fargo, and Grand Forks. We have four clinics in Texas, one in North Austin, Cedar Park, South Austin and San Antonio catering to Austin, Round Rock, San Marcos, New Brounfels and San Antonio areas. Four clinics in Ohio with locations in Columbus, Cincinnati, Lima and Cleveland Heights which cater to patients in the surrounding areas. Two clinics in Michigan catering to Sterling Heights and Dearborn Heights areas. We have one clinic in Indiana located in Marion and catering to patients in the surrounding area, and three clinics in Wisconsin catering to the Fond du Lac, South Milwaukee, and West Allis areas.
