The Transporter Inc. began trucking operations out of Houston in 1988. We currently have branches in Houston, Dallas, and Laredo Texas.We specialize in intermodal local and OTR shipping container transport and freight of all kinds including Flatbed. We offer container and chassis storage yards in Houston and Dallas. Our yards are gated, and equipped with 24hr. security personnel and closed circuit monitoring. We hold 48 state ICC authority, DOT and UIIA Certifications. We Pride ourselves with a superior team of safe drivers and a culture built around a heavy rotation of experienced owner-operator drivers. We are fully insured and US Customs Bonded. We offer automated billing, EDI Capabilities, and use state of the art management software. The bulk of our transport business in Houston involves shipping container traffic to and from the Houston Port and Rail Operation Facilities.
