Our Ontario-based real estate law practice, includes buying, selling and financing commercial, residential and hospitality industry properties; residential subdivision and condominium development; real estate based syndications and limited partnerships; and commercial landlord and tenant matters. Our civil and commercial litigation practice includes all manner of real estate litigation, wrongful dismissal actions, wrongful competition proceedings, debt collection remedies and partner and shareholder disputes. Our employment law practice includes employment contracts, severance package preparation and review, and advice on employment policies.
