McGovern Hurley commenced operations in 1980. Currently, we are a team of 75 with 10 Partners. Our staff consists of CPA, CA's; CPA, CMA's; CPA, CGA's; students and technicians. We occupy approximately 10,000 square feet of space in the City of Toronto. We are committed to providing timely, quality service to our clients and to meet and exceed their expectations in the fields of auditing, accounting, taxation, financial planning and other aspects of their businesses, both corporate and personal, private and publicly accountable.We provide public accounting services to over 1,000 corporate and professional clients, both private and public companies, involved in all areas of business activities. We are registered with the Canadian Public Accountability Board (CPAB) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) to perform audit services for reporting issuers in Canada and the United States, respectively. We are also registered with the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as an approved panel auditor.
