Formed in 2014, HERITAGE LEADERS exists in response to research by Dr Robert Clinton of Fuller Seminary, which revealed less than 3 out of 10 leaders finish well.The other 70% compromise their influence mainly due to flawed character formation.They came unstuck not due to issues of competence, though competence is important, rather by deficiencies of the inner-life.In focusing his research then on the 30%, Clinton discovered a consistent set of traits and practices that characterise those who do lead and finish well!HERITAGE LEADERS utilises these discoveries to genuinely accelerate the formation of leaders and teams.Well-shaped leaders and teams function with clarity, alignment and resilience.
