Clive Thomas who is owner and CEO of the company established Pilot Freight in 1982. As an accredited IATA agent, we have contractual agreements with all airlines operating out of Australia, as well as with all major shipping lines to worldwide destinations. Pilot Freight operates out of every major Australian city, ie Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth. Our warehouses are customs and quarantine accredited, so we can handle all your import and export requirements. We can handle almost anything from general cargo to perishable goods. Our experienced experts will be able to help no matter the size of the project. Pilot Freight has a dedicated and professional customs brokerage and consultancy team that can handle all facets of customs and quarantine clearance. Our brokers are licensed and accredited by both Australian Border Force (Customs) and Department of Agriculture (Quarantine). The team undergoes regular training to keep abreast of the latest regulations and legislative amendments.
