Founded in September 1998 in Kings Norton, Smart Homes was, within two years, recognised as the top agent in the area. We went on to open a branch in Hall Green in 2001 and consequently, became the area's number one agent within just twelve months of the branch opening. In 2006, we responded to the market and opened our residential lettings department, before moving to Shirley in 2007.Thus Smart Homes has maintained its high position amongst local competitors for sixteen years.
