Top Flite Financial Inc was started in an eighty square foot home office in 2002 by Tim and Tracie Baise. Since its inception, Top Flite has grown to more than 60 retail office locations nationwide, with roughly 340 employees in 34 states. The same husband and wife team who launched the company are still the first employees in the door every day, serving as President and CEO, and COO, respectively.
