Once run by brothers Harvey and Lenny Seidman, it is has been operated by Harvey and his son Jeff since 1997.East Coast has been a Mortgage Lender closing and funding loans in our own name since 2002, while still being able to broker some hard to place loans. We offer a large portfolio of loan products from your common conventional loans, FHA & VA loans, to more difficult Jumbo, investment property and commercial loans. WE have both first and second mortgage products, as well as alternative income programs, and loans for people with scores in the 500's.
