We are passionate about developing smarter real estate that makes a real impact. With a massive investment in solar energy and green building initiatives in our communities, our vision is to own and operate 1000 net-zero homes by the end of 2024. This past year Highstreet ranked No. 70 on the 2018 Growth 500, the definitive ranking of Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies by Canadian Business and Maclean. More recently, Highstreet was the proud recipient of the Mid-Size Business Award presented by the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce during the 31st Annual Business Excellence Awards after previously winning the Small Business category in 2016. To date, Highstreet has developed over 25 communities, spanning 15 locations, and amounting to over 3000 homes. From one person working out of a home office, we now proudly have a talented team of over 40 full-time employees.
