WG&S was founded over 30 years ago as a business management firm, attracting entrepreneurs, artists and performers in the entertainment industry. By the 1990's, many of our clients had accumulated substantial wealth, prompting WG&S to establish a Family Office practice to meet their financial management needs. In 2000, WG&S was acquired by JPMorgan Chase Private Bank, a globally renowned and respected financial institution. During those years, we delivered business and wealth management services to some of the world's most prominent families and celebrities, many of whom remain our clients today. In 2007, WG&S became an independent company again, taking with us the rigorous auditing and compliance standards required by a world-class private bank.Today, we are an emergent firm of over 75 professionals, with offices in Los Angeles and Marin County, California; Austin, Texas; and Wilmington, Delaware.
