BPI Outdoors is the parent company to many highly successful brands in the hunting & shooting industry, including CVA®, PowerBelt® Bullets™, Quake Industries™, DuraSight™ Scope Mounts, and Bergara Barrels™. BPI is located in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Our corporate goal is to achieve the #1 market share position in each of the perspective categories in which our brands compete. BPI's "mature" brands, including CVA, PowerBelt and Quake Industries (THE CLAW® slings), have accomplished this objective. The newer brands, DuraSight™ Sighting Systems and Bergara Barrels™, have both shown impressive initial results, demonstrating a year over year growth that, if continued, will soon establish market leading positions within each of their respective category niches. BPI utilizes channel and direct sales relationships with virtually all major sporting goods wholesalers, buying groups, specialty retail chains, and mass merchants. This system ensures that consumers can easily find our products nation-wide. We also manage a sales force of over 60 representatives located throughout North America that ensure that our customers are adequately serviced.
