The GRIP software makes it easy to perform independent contract management and contract management. The system is based on 'Data Driven Facility Contract Management', where we can map relevant data for contract management with links or manually enter, monitor KPIs and keep the contracts with calculation and mutations up to date. GRIP Platform consists of three parts: 1. Data Dashboard & KPI Monitor, in which all facility services and suppliers with their own performance agreements are clearly charted. With this software, benchmarking is possible as soon as enough data is available. 2. Contract management, whereby the complicated (cleaning) contracts are placed in an online environment and kept up to date. With this system you can easily switch from Excel and you can benchmark data in the future. 3. Mobile applications: DKS, VSR, ER software for certified measurements. In addition, general audit software where it is possible to perform all kinds of measurements and questions and to generate a report with the push of a button.
