Custom binders are also developed for specific applications. ENCI employs approximately 245 people in the Netherlands, divided between 2 production centers (IJmuiden and Rotterdam) and the head office in 's-Hertogenbosch. Environmental responsibility is an important part of ENCI's operations. In fact, our cement plants are CSC (Concrete Sustainability Council) certified, a quality mark awarded to companies for their efforts in the field of sustainability.
