The School of Ultimate Laughter (SOUL) is headquartered in Sydney (Australia). My personal experiences in corporate life spread across multiple industries, languages, cultures and countries over past several decades brought me to a conclusion that Stress, Anxiety and Depression (SAD) exists across all spectrums of life. May it be a corporate or non-corporate institution, these three components were always integrated into the equation to bring down the productivity of human beings. 1. What can be done to assuage the dreaded SAD monsters within any organisation? 2. Can this be addressed in any manner with a broad brush stroke? 3. Will the outcome of any solution bring UP the values, morale and productivity of the organisation?I found that the bigger issues emanating from SAD monsters within an individual's life flows into corporate life which brings down productivity and increases wrong decisions. This can be addressed and stemmed via introducing laughter as an exercise in corporate environment. My firm SOUL has been established on values derived out of the happiness we generated via laughter.
