After many years of learning and growing while owning my own businesses, I've had the privilege of helping other business owners grow as well. It became my passion to help people like yourself evaluate their business models, customer service, web presence, customer service and business growth. Shadow Consulting is one of my specialties, this is done through one on one time spent with you as the owner, interviewing employees and customers, observing the day to day processes and consulting on concerns, wins and room for growth. I then put all of that information into a strategic plan that we work together to implement. Sometimes as a business owner you are so overwhelmed, stagnant/comfortable or consumed by all of the hats your wear, that you don't have time to realize that you may need some refreshing. Refreshing can come in many forms, customer service, physical space, staff excitement, owner breaks/vacations, branding, internet presence, or service price increases.
