HDR's therapists currently provide services in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. We provide services in skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent senior living centers, hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, pediatric clinics, daily activity centers, and child care centers.We are proud of our professional team of therapists. We emphasize the importance of consistent staffing in all of our departments. The therapists become an integral part of the team within each facility. Our management team is also responsive to the needs of each individual facility. We are small enough to be able to offer personalized approaches to the establishment of a rehabilitation department, yet large enough to offer a broad base of support and resources.HDR works closely with the facilities to ensure that each therapy program meets or exceeds the needs of the facility and residents. We select only the most qualified and experienced therapists and continually evaluate the needs of each program to make sure there is sufficient staff to meet our high standard of quality care. The hours of operation are set according to program needs.
