LOTUS HOUSE OF YOGA STORYAt the heart of Lotus House of Yoga is community. Our story began with the desire to create a village of open-hearted, empowered and healthy yogis. We make yoga easy to get to, clean, challenging and full of FUN! At the center of it all, we believed that at your core, you are love. Through stillness, you can find peace no matter what; in asana practice, in traffic and at home. We are present on the journey and focus on the here and now. In every moment we see optimal potential for balancing sthira (work) and sukka (ease). We believe that every yogi who comes in our doors is a member of the vibe tribe and welcomed as you are. Guest teachers from around the world visit Lotus House of Yoga and love visiting Omaha and our tremendous community. We strive to host the most respected master teachers, year after year. Our teacher training program continues to change lives. The majority of our graduates go on to be full and part-time yoga instructors. Several of our "lotus petals" now own their own yoga studios across the U.S. Most importantly, they leave our program having undergone a deep personal evolution with a clear, positive and exciting outlook for the future. Our mission is to share love through yoga. Every class holds a transformative experience for you, be it a fierce challenge or deep relaxation.
