Our mission statement is: "Inspiring and nurturing a thoughtful pursuit of Christ one student, one professor, one university at a time."University Ministries has three ministry divisions that are all devoted to the mission: Academy, Residential Community, and Campus Ministry.Academy: Centers for Christian Study are learning communities strategically located next to university campuses. Centers include undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty, staff, and local men and women who want to engage the mainstream academy with Christian perspectives in scholarship, and do it in the context of intentional community. With more than a decade of experience developing student communities in former Greek houses in Colorado, we have launched a residential community division to create similar opportunities for students at universities throughout the United States.Campus Ministry: In our campus ministry division we pair a University Ministries staff member with a partner congregation. To qualify, a church must align with the Essential Statements of University Ministries, and pledge a substantial financial contribution to the support of a staff member. University Ministries will then assist that staff member in raising the remainder of his or her support package.
