We provide accredited QCF youth work qualification training courses via ABC/NOCN/OCNER across all statutory, voluntary and third sectors (Level 2 and Level 3 Award/Certificate/Diploma and Working With Vulnerable Young People qualifications).The training we provide is experiential as opposed to solely theoretical, allowing our learners to be wholly involved in their learning experience. We create activities to highlight examples of the learning required and utilise group work activities in most sessions. This style of training is delivered alongside completing unit workbooks (endorsed by ABC Awards http://www.abcawards.co.uk/youthandcommunity.php) that make up the portfolio of evidence required for assessment.We try to ensure all our training sessions are staffed by a Trainer and a Training Mentor. This enables learners to access one-on-one additional support where it is needed, as well as providing a better ratio when we run small group work activities. The support doesn't stay in the classroom either; we offer learners our contact information so that they can receive answers to their queries throughout the duration of the course.If you have a group of between 12 and 15 learners, we can even provide our quality training in your own venue. Typically this would be the youth club that the learners actually work in.
