iRest Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational and training institute dedicated to the alleviation, resolution and prevention of trauma and suffering. Our programs promote self-regulation, resiliency and stress reduction while restoring the body and mind to their natural functioning. We provide professional trainings in Integrative Restoration® (iRest®) Yoga Nidra and collaborate with public and private institutions and researchers. Most notably, the iRest Yoga Nidra protocol has been a proven effective treatment for Post Traumatic Stress and Traumatic Brain Injury in Military rehabilitation settings. Our work has been successfully integrated into the VA system, sleep clinics, chemical dependency units, correctional facilities, homeless shelters, schools, yoga studios, healing and wellness centers, and more.
