Corniche Hospital is the premier maternity hospital in the Middle East. Located in downtown Abu Dhabi, this Joint Commission International accredited institution is the United Arab Emirate's leading referral hospital for obstetric and neonatal care. With speciality clinics dealing with lactation, fetal medicine, obstetric medicine and others, the hospital can handle up to 235 inpatients and boasts facilities for 64 intensive care cases. The Hospital is owned and operated by Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA). As part of its continuous endeavour to offer premier services to our patients, Corniche Hospital completed the renovation and expansion to the existing Neo-natal intensive care unit, Urgent Care, Ambulatory Services as well as the renovation and expansion of the Out-patient Department. With a focus not only to patient satisfaction, we are passionate about patient safety. Hence we have joined the Patient Safety Network, part of the University Hospital Consortium (UHC), and have implemented the Modified Early Obstetric Warning System (MEOWS), and Administrator Patient Safety rounds to name a few patient safety centered initiatives.
