About Hospice TorontoStarted over 30 years ago, Hospice Toronto is Toronto's first community- and volunteer-based, home hospice, palliative care program. We provide hospice palliative care and support for people living with serious illness and at end-of-life, their caregivers and loved ones, at no charge.
