We also help with boat rentals, private chef, shopping service, private spa services, housekeeping and childcare. All properties have Jayne's White Linen Service, where we supply hotel quality linens and towels to all our houses. We stage with flowers, gift basket, property binder and toiletries. We are basically a decentralized Four Seasons resort with each property staged in our signature way with a Personal Concierge waiting for your arrival and available 24/7 during your stay for any issues you have.How Jayne's differs from others is the personal service and guaranteeing hotel quality clean as well as Jayne's signature White Linen service. She will meet you when you arrive and take you on a tour and go through all the property specific details. Jayne insists on this step because she wants to ensure to her property owners that their vacationing guests are aware of such as garbage and septic etc. Not knowing this can cause unnecessary issues. CLEANING and WEEKLY LINEN SERVICES are also included DURING a guest stay. Jayne takes care of this so our vacationers can just enjoy their holiday. Jayne personally INSPECTS the cottage after departure to ensure there are no damages. The Security Deposit is returned after her inspection.Jayne's Cottages is registered under TICO, so guests are fully covered and guaranteed by the Travel Industry Act of Ontario. All funds are held in a trust account until the vacationer takes possession of the cottage.
