The President, Roger Shavlik, has been involved in credit and collections since 1964. Our company started in business with a total of two employees and six clients. In 33 years of business, we have never been named as a defendant in a lawsuit involving a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, or Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
