Residential Capital Corp (RCC) is a group of dedicated professionals who specialize in securing capital for multi-family, Fraternity and Sorority housing projects, nationwide. RCC was formed in 2004 and began its involvement in Greek housing in 2009. Since inception RCC has closed more than $83 Million in Multi-family projects and $20 Million in Greek financing. Our process applies typical multifamily cash flow models used by commercial lenders to determine loan eligibility, and projected rates. We also evaluate the loan terms to determine affordability and the impact on costs to the organization. In addition, RCC ensures its clients understand all loan terms and conditions.
