My name is Jenny and I have always loved to create. Unfortunately, my artistic ability was limited by my inability to draw anything beyond a stick figure. That is, until I got my first camera at age 8, a hot pink flip-flash camera that used 110 cartridges. I photographed my world; dolls, wild flowers, and friends. As an adult, I continue to capture my world through the lens of my camera. We live on a beautiful planet, and I want to explore all of it. While I am always looking for the perfect landscape or once-in-a-lifetime shot, my favorite things to photograph are the everyday items that surround us. What seems mundane today becomes the source of nostalgia in the future. I like to photograph people in their environment, to capture the little things; toddler giggles, the pure bliss of the newly engaged, the companionship of friends and family doing what they do best. I take an organic approach to portrait sessions.
