At Ponte Vedra Fitness you'll find 10,000 square feet with over 120 pieces of resistance training and cardio equipment. But we don't stop there; you will also find a variety of energetic and exciting group exercise programs such as Zumba, hot yoga, cycling, bootcamp, and so much more. In order to fulfill your fitness needs, our nationally accredited personal training staff will carefully design a customized program to push you every step of the way. Our members are OUR family.
