It is my belief that we come into this world beautiful, whole and full of wonderful gifts to bring into our lives and with a dance inside that is uniquely our own. Along the way we may become clouded in our way of being with and seeing our world. We may lose sight of who we are, what we are capable of and how to navigate the waters of our lives. My intention is to support you in your process of finding your inner resources, clarity in your present path, and strength of who you are in your current life situations. I assist you in this by honoring my own gifts of body intelligence and dance. I am a certified yoga teacher in addition to my therapy practice, as well as a swimmer; and have found this way of being exceedingly effective in assisting in change process. By becoming mindfully aware of what occurs in the body all sorts of healing occurs that would otherwise be beyond conscious awareness. It would be a true gift to be able to support you in finding and living your dance. It is my intention is to support you in body, mind and spirit. I bring a sensitive and compassionate presence and wish to collaborate with you regarding what it is you need in our time together.
