Angels Foster Care is a licensed Foster Family Agency (FFA) that places infants and toddlers in loving homes throughout Santa Barbara County. Our program helps abused, abandoned and neglected infants and toddlers who have been removed from their homes by Santa Barbara County Child Protective Services. We match foster children age 0 – 5 with well-trained, loving Angels parents who care for them in safe, stable homes until reunification with their biological parents or adoption occurs. The program positively impacts young foster children throughout their lives by providing a stable and nurturing foundation in childhood that leads to secure attachment, optimal cognitive development, emotional self-regulation, readiness for school and future healthy adult behaviors.
