The Suncoast Science Center / Faulhaber Fab Lab is a 501(3)(c) educational consortium dedicated to the enrichment of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) in our community. Our goal is to supplement public and private education with a science center that stimulates curiosity and supports hands-on learning. We bridge the gap between what schools provide and the knowledge necessary to meet the significant demand for STEM professionals in the work force. The Suncoast Science Center / Faulhaber Fab Lab's Science Lending Library provides hands-on science kits to teachers free of charge! The Lending Library's aim is to enhance curriculum and promote exploration for improved understanding of science concepts. Finally, the Faulhaber Fab Lab offers a space for hands-on learning and creation by offering members access to a machine shop with the latest in digital fabrication machines, experienced volunteers and staff members, and numerous work shops, classes, and clubs.We're a community of Inventors, Researchers, Artists, Engineers, Makers, Mentors, and Students.
