While employees are saving, Onward utilizes push notifications to send financial tips, tools and resources directly to their mobile devices to create a feeling of confidence around managing finances. If employees have been active Onward savers for at least 3 months, they become eligible to access a responsible loan as an alternative to a payday loan or advance.
