Now fully accredited by Lloyds LRQA ISO 9001:2008 for onsite servicing and repair of turbochargers and working towards 18001 & 14001 approval. Provision of associated new and re-conditioned original equipment spare parts and components. Weld repair of turbine blading. Sub- contract dynamic balancing up to 4000Kg. Service and repair of pumps and bearings. Workshop Services for classification approval include the following:- Turbine rotor bearing and seal journal reconditioning. Turbine rotor seal ring groove repairs and or replacement. Turbine axial and radial blade repairs. Casing ultrasonic thickness testing, cleaning and crack detection. Casing weld repairs. Casing inlet and rotor bore reconditioning. Bearing casing seal area reconditioning. Air filter silencer refurbishment with various media. Air compressor wheel, hardness checks, weld repairs, crack detection profile machining. Turbine nozzle / Air Diffuser ring weld reconditioning.
