Jenny is a graduate of both the University of Kent and University of Wales, obtaining a 2:1 in French and an MBA. Jenny is MCIPD qualified (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development); and is a Saville & Holdsworth psychometric testing and Hay evaluation techniques practitioner. She has over 17 years HR generalist, talent acquisition and management experience both at a strategic and operational level within blue-chip companies across a variety of industry sectors.
