The Critical Path evaluation format was developed with the consultation expertise of Dave Stone. Since 1971, our continuous efforts have kept PPI current with the latest sales trends and strategies, providing a recognized benchmark for the industry. In order to measure performance effectively, Personnel Profiles has developed a unique, quantitative evaluation system designed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team, both individually and on a group basis. The basic Critical Path techniques are monitored and compared to industry standards or and/or past performance, or builder clients develop their own sales performance standards for PPI to evaluate.
