FHRS was founded in 2009 as a collaboration between industry experience and research at the Indian School of Business. It has active academic collaborations with the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and the Rand Corporation, US – a leading international think tank. Multiple reports funded by the Rockefeller Foundation based on FHRS projects have been published by the ISB and RAND.
