The 111th Attack Wing, located at Biddle Air National Guard Base in Horsham, Pennsylvania, provides creative solutions to international and domestic challenges by applying remotely piloted aircraft, operational planning, command and control, medical, engineering, security, cyber defense and myriad other capabilities for the 21st Century. The 111th Attack Wing is comprised of the 111th Operations Group, the 111th Medical Group, the 111th Mission Support Group, 270th Engineering Installation Squadron, 111th Security Forces Squadron and the 201st Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer (RED HORSE), all providing exemplary support to various Federal and State missions. For more than 95 years, generations of 111th Airmen have shown a deep commitment to their nation. This legacy of service is carried on today by the members of the 111th Attack Wing and the more than 900 Air Guard personnel from this region working at Biddle ANG Base.
