Global is a specialist injection moulding company focussing on the filtration industry. It is believed that Global is the largest of its type in the UK, manufacturing in excess of 450 different filters, using a wide variety of different polymers and filter media.Using specialist software Global is able to design filters to suit a customer's needs. This process will result in the production of prototype tools or sample filters for testing. On acceptance of the design and/or prototype Global will produce quotes for the necessary tooling and on-going production costs and take full responsibility for the design and manufacture of tooling and all other necessary associated equipment.Global has developed the UK's first fully automatic process to produce injection moulded filters, reinforcing its reputation as both the largest and most technically advanced moulded filter company in the UK. Global can manufacture 50 million of these filters per year on just one of its many production lines.
