Prentice Consulting offers robust change management solutions and practical advice built on over 20 years business and consulting experience. Melissa Prentice is the Principal of Prentice Consulting. Melissa has over 20 years business experience delivering business management and consulting solutions. She has designed, managed and delivered the strategic, people and change aspects of organisational and human resource transformations including mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, organisation redesign and process improvement.Melissa's experience focuses on achieving strategic and operational organisational effectiveness, strategic HR delivery, business improvement analysis, changing organisational behaviours and attitudes, performance management and change management. She also possesses strong project management skills. Melissa combines the practical experience she gained managing complex organisational change as an Administration Officer in the Royal Australian Navy with technical and commercial experience gained in mainstream consulting at KPMG Consulting (UK), Deloitte and Ernst & Young. She held Director positions at both Deloitte (Director) and Ernst & Young (Executive Director). She has a breadth of experience across private and public sectors and has a particular interest in the improving and inspiring organisations. Melissa's passion lies with supporting real organisational change, not just offering technical change management. She works with her clients to ensure that any change is effective and owned by the organisation.
