Smoke on the Mountains BBQ is a gourmet food Truck Company that is based out of Evergreen Colorado since July 2015. We are family owned and operated serving a menu of seasonal and fresh ingredients; locally sourced and chef inspired. Our sauces and condiments are made from scratch, the sides homemade, and the meats are house smoked. Everything we prepare is a labor of love and we hope you truly taste the difference. The spices and seasonings are selected to enhance the flavors of the meats that are all prepared by our chefs. The result we strive for is aromatic, tender and juicy meat including brisket sliders, bratwurst, ribs…and our sweet and savory turkey drumstick is quickly gaining popularity! We are so happy to be a part of this amazing community and wish to serve with professionalism and a focus on quality. Your experience is all that matters to us. Moving into 2016 we are working on our calendar of events from festivals to private catering. Our company is a small team of industry veterans and our goal is for you to want us around to stay!
